Like it or not the ERA process is no longer fit for purpose and needs a complete rework. Employers with insurance cover for litigation and government and semi government agencies with access to tax payer funding hire expensive lawyers who act in their vested interest to drag the process out inordinately. The ERA must be made similar to a disputes or tenancy tribunal.
